Our Mission
GROW is a non-profit organization that is committed to providing kindness, compassion and basic life necessities to unhoused individuals and those in need in our community. We are dedicated to providing nourishment, hygiene services, friendship, rapport, and outreach.
Our mission is to foster meaningful relationships with our homeless friends and community partners and to create a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth, personal development, stabilization, and positive changes for all.

What We Do
GROW Concord has three core activities. First and foremost, we help our unhoused community members and those in need. Second, we help educate others on the homelessness crisis and how to be an ally to your unhoused neighbors. Third, we actively fundraise, train volunteers, and seek donations in kind, including supplies, spaces, and meals.
When helping our unhoused community members we offer a variety of services including:

When fundraising and gathering supplies we work with the City of Concord, businesses, and neighbors too.
Providing basic human needs like food, hydration, hygiene, and hope.
Volunteering and working to provide support for people to make positive changes everyday.
Empowering others to want to be better, kinder, and more loving people.

Sun-Tue-Thu @ 4:00 PM at Baldwin Park
Mon-Wed-Fri @ 4:00 PM at Cowell Park

About GROW
Founded in 2022 by Kelly McKinley and Andie Altman, GROW has already made a tremendous impact in the community by bringing together scores of unhoused neighbors with community volunteers. We provide food, hydration, hygiene care and open doors to resources that offer services including physical and mental care. Our actions lead to compassion and friendships and people working together brings results.
